Self-Test Analysis of Common Faults of Fully Automatic Baler

With the continuous development of industrial automation, fully automatic baler is more and more widely used in various industries. However, in the process of use, fully automatic baler will inevitably have some faults. In this article, we will carry out self-check for the common faults of Xutian fully automatic baler, which will help users to solve the faults quickly and restore the normal operation of the equipment.

The Baling Band Cannot Be Tightened Normally

When the fully automatic baler can not be tightened properly, the first thing to check is the tension setting of the baler. If the tension is not set correctly, the baler will not be able to tighten the baler effectively. In addition, you also need to check the baler's tightening mechanism, such as rollers, drive belt, etc., to see if there is wear or damage. If there are any problems, they should be replaced or repaired in time.

Packing Belt Can Not Cut Off

Failure to cut the baling band is usually related to the cutting mechanism. First of all, check whether the cut-off blade is sharp, if the blade is badly worn, it should be replaced in time. Secondly, check the drive part of the cut-off mechanism, such as motor, cylinder, etc., to see whether it works normally. If the driving part is faulty, it needs to be repaired or replaced. Finally, check the sensors of the cut-off mechanism to make sure that they are in the right position and can accurately sense the in-place signal of the baler.

Fully Automatic Baler Does Not Start Properly

When the fully automatic baler fails to start properly, first check that the power supply is properly connected. If there is no problem with the power supply, check the control circuit and electrical components. This could be caused by a damaged circuit board, blown fuse, or failed relay. At this point, you can check the electrical drawings and fault codes of the equipment to gradually troubleshoot the problem. For problems that cannot be solved by yourself, it is recommended that you contact a professional repairer.

Fully Automatic Baler Noise

If the fully automatic baler makes too much noise during operation, it may be caused by loose mechanical parts, wear and tear, or poor lubrication. First, check whether the fasteners of the equipment are firm, such as screws and nuts. Secondly, check whether the transmission parts such as bearings, gears, etc. are seriously worn and should be replaced if necessary. Finally, check the lubrication system of the equipment to ensure that the lubrication points are adequately lubricated.

In the process of use, users should regularly check and maintain the equipment, timely detection, and resolution of potential problems to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In order to better maintain fully automatic baler, users can regularly maintain the equipment, such as replacing lubricants, cleaning equipment, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment. For problems that cannot be solved by yourself, it is also recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel to deal with them.
