Non-wolven Fabric&Foam Baler

XTPACK's multi-purpose balers fit the bill for this quite nicely. We have a range of sizes that will be perfect for baling foam sponge, and also versatile enough to handle other waste materials as well. Bales can range from 600*400*300 (mm) all the way to 1100*700*1000 (mm), and, depending on baled material, can weigh anywhere from 20-500kg per bale. And with one operator producing up to 7 bales per hour, these are efficient machines as well.

As for fiber, since it is very fluffy, it is a very ideal choice to use our vertical baler or horizontal automatic baler to press these fibers to save space and for convenient transportation.

At present, our very popular horizontal automatic baler and vertical fiber baler can help you to press brick-like bales.
