Daily Maintenance

Use an air gun to daily clean the reciprocating moving parts in the machine core, such as the knife holder part, strap feeding wheel part, and tension wheel part. Also, remove any other residues left on the machine.
Weekly Maintenance
Apply lubricant to the three knives (front knife, middle knife, rear knife) in the knife holder and the positioning pins of the bow frame bearing seat. Before applying lubricant, ensure that the lubricant you use does not contain residues, and also remove any residues from the parts.
Monthly Maintenance
If necessary, use sandpaper to remove the residues on both sides of the hot knife heating head surface of the automatic horizontal baling press machine, but note that the surface temperature of the hot knife heating head must have cooled down in advance. Also, inspect the hot knife assembly to ensure that, under the action of the spring force, the hot knife heating head can easily return to its position. Additionally, remove the residues adhered to the surface of the tension wheel.
Semi-annual Maintenance
Inspect the automatic horizontal baling press machine hot knife surface, and replace or adjust the hot knife if necessary.
Inspect the middle knife, and replace it if necessary.
Inspect the wire harness on the circuit board to see if it is loose, and reconfirm and fasten the wire harness.

Inspect the automatic horizontal baling press machine machine itself, and replace any misaligned or worn wheels you can see. Replace the bearings if they make squeaking noises. Perform several normal packaging operations while running the machine to check if it is working properly.
