The daily maintenance of aste paper baling machine usually includes daily maintenance and weekly maintenance, also known as daily maintenance and weekly maintenance.
Before the shift, check whether there is an oil leakage in various oil pipes, wipe the equipment, and lubricate according to regulations. Check the connection shafts of each part and whether they are reliable. Run the waste paper baling machine empty to check whether the sound of the baling is normal.
During the shift, pay attention to the running sound of the equipment, temperature, pressure, liquid level, electricity, hydraulic system, and whether the insurance is normal.
After the shift, the first thing to do is to turn off the switch, clear the scraps and dirt, clean the oil on the guide and sliding surfaces of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the work site, organize attachments and tools. Fill in the handover record and operation record, and go through the handover procedures.
Weekly maintenance is carried out by equipment operators every week, and the maintenance time is:2 hours for general equipment and 4 hours for precision, large, and rare equipment.
Clean the guide rails, various transmission parts, and exposed parts of the equipment, and clean the work site. Achieve internal and external cleanliness, no dead angles, no rust, and a tidy surrounding environment.
Check the technical condition of each part of the transmission operation, tighten and loosen parts, adjust the fit clearance, and check interlocking and insurance devices. Achieve normal and reliable transmission sound.
Clean the oil line and oil filter of the hydraulic system, add oil to the oil tank, and check the hydraulic system to achieve clean oil, unblocked oil circuit, no leakage, and no wear.
Wipe the surface of the motor and bellows of the electrical system, check the insulation and grounding to achieve integrity, cleanliness, and reliability.
Clean the working environment.
Use low-viscosity specialized cleaning oil. When cleaning, add the oil to the oil tank of the hydraulic baling and heat it to 50-80 degrees Celsius.
Start the hydraulic pump and let it work empty. During the cleaning process, gently tap the pipe, which can remove attachments. After 20 minutes of cleaning, check the pollution of the oil filter, clean the filter screen, and then repeat the cleaning several times until there are not many pollutants on the filter screen.
For more complex hydraulic systems, the various areas of the operation area can be cleaned separately. The hydraulic cylinder can also be connected to make the hydraulic cylinder reciprocate to perform system cleaning.
After cleaning, exhaust the cleaning oil as much as possible and clean the inside of the oil tank. Then remove the temporary cleaning pipeline and restore the hydraulic system of the waste paper baling machine to normal working conditions and add regular hydraulic oil.
